The biggest and busiest retail event of the year, Fashion's Night Out, delivered for a third year in a row with plenty of sales, celebrity faces, good looking Chicagoans and a whole lot of fashionable parties. From Saks to Macy's, Bloomingdale's and The 900 Shops, Oak Street boutiques and the Shops at North Bridge, Chicago was a abuzz from the wee hours. Here's what caught our eye.

The grand opening of Topshop and Topman on Michigan Avenue. Yes, the store is now officially open and Sir Philip Green himself, along with his daughter Chloe (+ Miley Cyrus and Co.) were all there for the opening.

Many high-profile celebs chose Chicago for their FNO festivities, including Brad Goreski who headlined Fame, Fashion & Flavor, 900's Night Out at The 900 Shops, Chicago native and shoe king Brian Atwood, who unveiled his 10022 SHOE store at Saks; Kelly Osbourne was at Macy's celebrating Material Girl, and Real Housewife from Beverly Hills Kyle Richards along with fashion stylist Marcellas Raymond talked fall trends during a Macy's runway.
